Consultations are normally by appointment. We will endeavour to fit clients without appointments in as best we can, but priority will be given to clients with appointments. Clients arriving with an unexpected emergency will be assessed to determine the patient's medical needs.

Appointments are normally ten minutes (thirty minutes for specialist referral appointments) This is an average and inevitably some appointments make take a little more or less time.

When booking appointments please make sure you tell the receptionist which surgery you would like to go to and which vet you would like to see. As far as possible within the constraints of the rota we try and book clients to see the same vet each time. If, as occasionally happens, there is a delay seeing you our reception staff will do their best to keep you informed of the reason for the delay and how long the delay will be.
